6.1 Security Measures

However, no system is perfect—transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.2 Data Retention

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

9. PRIVACY FOR DONORS / GIVING

If you contribute to GCOCT, we may collect additional data (financial details, tax identification numbers, billing address). This data is used solely for processing donations, issuing receipts, tax compliance, and donor relations — never sold. Your donor information is protected and only shared with third parties to the extent necessary to process payments or comply with law.

You may opt-out of receiving solicitations or communications, and we respect such preferences.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, to reflect new legal requirements or changes in our practices). We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date”.
